On the day of the tour, simply show your digital voucher to the guide — no need to print it. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
Terms & Conditions
- You may cancel your booking for free up to 48 hours before the tour begins.
- Cancellations made later than this or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour in case of severe weather or operational reasons.
- If the tour is canceled by the operator, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
